In light of the recent Rapid Assessment of Child Safe Practices and the national reforms strengthening definitions of “adequate supervision” and removing misuse of “across the service” staffing ratios, Safe Buddies is purpose-built to support services in meeting and exceeding these enhanced regulatory expectations. The reforms make it clear that ratios are minimum standards — not operational targets — and that active supervision must be demonstrable, consistent, and auditable.
Safe Buddies provides centre’s with live, zone-based ratio visibility and proactive alerts, ensuring staffing levels are maintained in real time — not retrospectively reviewed. This directly supports compliance with the strengthened National Quality Framework requirements and reduces the administrative burden associated with manual tracking and documentation.
Aligning with the New NQF guideline released in Sept 2025 by ACECQA we ensure our platform has no reliance on video recording devices thus ensure privacy of our precious children.
